Jay Wells founded Wells Sweeping, L.L.C. to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of service possible. Our operators are all members of Wells Sweeping, L.L.C. which provides them with a personal stake, an owner’s mentality, when performing services for our clients.  In organizing our business in such a way, we can provide high quality service and competitive rates. Wells Sweeping, L.L.C. is a well diverse company specializing in all phases of surface cleaning. We maintain the latest equipment and provide our clients with knowledgeable operators who have the capability to perform above and beyond your expectations. This allows us to perform a variety of services from your average parking lot, to construction sites, to large municipal contracts. Some of experiences includes performing services for such clients as Raley’s, City of Citrus Heights, City of Rancho Cordova, AC General Engineering, and The Department of California Highway Patrol.

As of January 2008 Wells Sweeping, L.L.C. has officially become members of the Teamsters Local 150. We are now able to offer our clients that are signatory to the Teamsters the same quality service we provide to all our clients. We are proud to be the only company in our industry affiliated with the Teamsters, and hope to be an example for our competitors.
