Parking Lot Sweeping

Porter Services

Well Sweeping also offers a porter service maintenance program. We will regularly empty, reline, and clean/repair all garbage containment facilities on site.

Overflowing garbage containers can be both a health hazard and an eye soar. Regular contracted porter service will keep your property looking professional and well kept.

Steam Cleaning / Pressure Washing

Industrial Floor Scrubbing

Wells Sweeping is the only company in Northern California that owns and operates the Powerboss Ride-on Floor Scrubber. Our operators have many years of experience and are highly trained in operating this specialized equipment.

This specialized equipment can scrub the surface with (3) brushes exerting more than 500 lbs of force each. These units also include a cylindrical main broom, vacuum system, and trailing edge squeegees. These functions can be operated independently or simultaneously allowing us to adapt to any cleaning situation.

Our scrubbing equipment uses a specialized environmentally friendly cleaner. It is organic based and can loosen and clean even the most stubborn stains. With our highly trained operators, specialized equipment, and powerful cleaners, Wells Sweeping can take on any job and provide you with professional results.

Lease Turn-Over Service

What exactly is  Lease Turn-Over Service? Our Lease Turn-Over service is designed to help you with remediating your buildings when a new tenant enters or leaves the property. We can assist with removal of debris, interior cleaning, exterior cleaning, and small structural, electric, or plumbing repair.

Bulky Item Removal: Has your previous tenant left an assortment of large trash in the building or on the property? Do you need to remove bulky items before showing your property to a potential tenant? We can help with removal and disposal of debris inside or outside your property. Our workers are skilled and efficient and will perform their work in a timely and professional manner.

Interior Cleaning: Keeping your vacant building clean is vital to prospecting tenants. Although a building may lay vacant dust and grime continue to accumulate on all surfaces and in fact will accumulate quickly without regular light cleaning. We offer routine contracted services to dust, vacuum, wash, and clean your vacant buildings to keep them ready to be shown to a potential tenant at a moments notice. We also offer on call emergency services at no extra charge.

Exterior Cleaning: The first thing your potential tenants will see is the exterior of the building. It is the first and last impression they will get of your property. We offer contracted and on-call services to keep the exterior of your building in top shape. Our crews will pressure wash, de-web, landscape, sweep, and remediate your buildings exterior appearance.
